Women’s Healing & Empowerment Circle
When women gather in community, we can create a space for connection, to nourish ourselves and heal the wounds of our past, so we can step into our power and share ourselves fully with the world.
These circles are an opportunity for women to come together to connect on our shared and lived experiences as self-identified women for our individual and collective healing and transformation. When we are able to speak our truth in community and be held and supported, we can give power to our truth and live more freely in the world and in alignment with ourselves.
Each circle includes a time of connection, reflection, guided meditation, sound healing, and activation to connect with your inner strength and power all centered on a monthly theme.
This month’s theme will be focused on our dreams and visions for our lives. Calling on the New Moon that will be in Pisces on March 2, we will connect to the watery and dreamy energy of Pisces tapping into the visions we hold dear in our hearts. You will be guided through a powerful meditation to connect to your dreams unrealized and heal the places where insecurities lie within that have you doubt and question your desires for your life. We will set intentions in sacred space to call in what we want to create and be uplifted by each other, being seen and heard for all that we are and all that is possible in this life for us.
