This workshop will explore the benefits, meanings, and significance, and purpose of 4 mantras that you can use in your daily life. We will practice chanting these mantras in a safe and welcoming space. You will learn to access and express your own unique vocal expression and vibration to feel the positive effects of chanting, all voices are welcomed! Additionally, you will create your own mantra to help you connect to a place of peace within.
